Write your prayers on the wall panels and/or pray over the prayers already written. You are welcome to experience the serenity of being alone with Jesus in our designated prayer room. You're also welcome to utilize our prayer library and other resources available to guide your time. You can sign up for a prayer slot by accessing this link:

Prayer & Fasting Communication Chats
One important aspect of prayer is the willingness to fast, or go without for a limited amount of time (such as food, social media, spending, or anything that could potentially become an idol for example) in order to focus on our connection and reliance on God. We see the power of prayer & fasting all throughout the Bible and we believe it's important to engage with in community.
At contrast church we utilize Google Chats to build community and solidarity in these aspects of formation. If you would like to be a part of our Fasting or Prayer Google chat, please reach out to our leadership team.
Sunday Gathering Prayer Team
Volunteer to serve during either one of our Sunday gatherings to pray over the people of our church during our formation time <10min. If you're not ready to serve in prayer, We encourage all people of Contrast to go up and receive prayer during our formation time wherever you're at in your sanctification journey!
Your seat is prayed over!-- Our Intercessor role serves before the first gathering and prays over our volunteers, staff, every seat, every kids room and many other aspects of our church.

Prayer Chat & Requests
We invite you to write any prayer requests down in our prayer room so that it can be covered in prayer all throughout the week and beyond. Another option is to share your prayer request in the prayer chat or with a member of our prayer team to share. We want to be a community that boldly prays for one another as we navigate our individual journeys with Jesus!
We have seen Jesus transform Contrast Church through the power of prayer. We hope that during your time at contrast, prayer can be a tool that grows and strengthens your relationship with Jesus and others!

Prayer Events
Every month we aim to host a prayer night or morning which is open to everyo. Come alone, with your group, with a coworker or a friend. These events are focused entirely on making prayer the utmost importance by simply, praying. We start with gratitude, pray together in groups and end every meeting with the Lord's Prayer. Worship is sometimes offered but not always, we aim to make the event focused entirely on prayer. You just might even get treated to some Crumbl or some other delicious snack if you join us!
These events are very approachable, simple and an amazing opportunity for Jesus' community to come together. Quite frankly, prayer events are one of the best things we do!
