Campus Pastor

FULL TIME | 40 hrs

The Grandview campus pastor/director exists to provide a secondary pastoral presence for the growing community of the Grandview campus of the Contrast family. The ideal candidate would provide pastoral care/shepherding, oversee our communities, preach, be administratively minded, and have a deep heart for spiritual formation. This role also has the potential to eventually shift into a church planting role.

Church Planting Resident

FULL TIME | 40 hrs (12 MONTHS)

This position is a 12-month program. The first 6 months will be focused on the Contrast Church staff investing in the resident and providing experience on our workplace culture. During this time the resident will begin planning a timeline and launch strategy. The second 6 months will include executing the launch strategy, i.e. fundraising and recruiting. This role is for a young, but experienced full-time ministry innovator.

Summer Intern

PART TIME | 20 hrs (10 weeks)

Contrast Church is passionate about teaching and equipping young people, who are serious about their vocation and having ministry as a part of it. This 10-week summer internship program is a great space for people to learn hands-on ministry skills with a young, multi-site, growing church with a robust strategy for formation and mission in Columbus, OH.
