Church Planting Resident

FULL TIME | 40 hrs (12 MONTHS)

This position is a 12-month program. The first 6 months will be focused on the Contrast Church staff investing in the resident and providing experience on our workplace culture. During this time the resident will begin planning a timeline and launch strategy. The second 6 months will include executing the launch strategy, i.e. fundraising and recruiting. This role is for a young, but experienced full-time ministry innovator.
