Josh Toohey | Tech Director

Josh grew up in Chillicothe, Ohio, where he started volunteering on the production team at Open Door Ministries at a very young age. That early experience lit a fire for church production that has shaped everything since.

Josh moved to Columbus in 2008, started dating his wife Lindsay, and married her in 2010. Together they're raising four kids — Charlie, Ryan, William, and Grace. Over the years he's built a career around production and live events — serving as Production Director at both Leave A Mark Church and Veritas Community Church, working with the Columbus Crew production team, and currently serving as an Account Executive for Vincent Lighting Systems.

In 2024, the Toohey family found their way to Contrast — and with it, the community they had been looking for to raise their family in.

When he's not helping with production, Josh loves camping, hiking, and watching sports with Lindsay and the kids.
